Post Training Assessments

I-Vintage provides independent formative, summative, diagnostic assessments to evaluate candidates post-training. Our advanced algorithms and assessment engines provide quantitative outputs and results on whether the candidate has acquired the desired competencies or not.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

I-Vintage has been a part of Sector Skill Councils that organize “Training of Assessor (TOA)” and “Training of Trainer (TOT)” on their behalf. We follow the protocols of the stakeholder-specific or specified guidelines and conduct the assessments using the robust assessment tool. We help the stakeholders in understanding assessment methodology and offer our services for conducting assessments on their behalf.

Assessment procedure

Competency does not mean expert. It means that the candidate has attained sufficient skill and knowledge to perform the activity or service to a degree and quality that is acceptable to the industry and the customer in a time within which a competent person at the level could reasonably be expected to perform the task.
